Massimo Vignelli said "The life of a designer is a life of fight: fight against the ugliness." That mindset led to the creation of these Magritte-inspired pipe covers, designed for Evanston Art Center.
BEFORE: A bench at Evanston Art Center had unsightly exposed pipes under a bench in the gallery.
AFTER: Now, Magritte-inspired pipe covers with the text “Ceci n’est pas une pipe” and “This is not a pipe” hide the pipes under the bench at Evanston Art Center.
